The stud was founded in 1995 by Samantha Jo Tilley after a lifelong dream to own a Spanish PRE (Andalusian).

With dedicated help from friends and family the stud became established and is now
situated in the sussex,Hampshire borders, not far from the south downs.
We are a small stud breeding Spanish horses with superb temperments that this ancient breed is famed for and spectacular Spanish movements.

As a child I lived in Spain and always remembered the black Spanish horse that I used to ride. Of all the hunters, jumpers, show ponies and racehorses I rode,
not one could  match him.
None could rear to command, spanish walk down the highway, piaff and passage for fun . The nobility and beauty of this horse blew me away.

I spent years trying to find a horse like that in the UK but it seemed impossible,it was not helped by the fact that for many years horses were unable to be imported into the UK from Spain due to african horse sickness.
Then purely by chance along came Lengueto.

So then the stud was was founded in 1995 with the D fermin Bohorquez stallion  Lengueto V.  Lengueto was purchased directly from the Royal school in Jerez de la Frontera, along with a Romero benitez stallion called Zamorano XIII.
At the time I was very involved with dressage horses and people kept asking me WHY? Why on earth do you want one of those ??? Well now they can see, as the Spanish horse is slowly but surely making its mark in the dressage world ,with horses like Evento,Oleaje and Invasor III ,No one can ignore a Spanish stallion on TV doing spanish walk down the center line at the Olympics!! Quite Amazing !

At present we have two resident stallions, the superb
Lengueto V  ( sire of over 70 pure and partbred offspring
) and our stunning  buckskin  Brindis MG.

We are ever passionate about this noble and ancient  breed and are taking an interest in the colours that are being accepted back into the stud book, but at the same time we are very keen to keep the old lbloodlines and type and although keen to see the breed continuing to become ever successfull in the international competition world we also think it is important to remember the Spanish horse or Andalusian as it was formerly known as,has always been a smaller compact animal with a bidable temperment and flamboyant movements, which is why the breed has a natural talent for advanced movements and has always been easy to train and fun to ride.
There really is nothing quite like riding or owning Spanish PRE horse!
